Many found government authorities are offering digital service technology of information and cheek Matt set websites and applications appropriate usage for, documentation and preservation of intellectual rights artists and support facilitate communication access to artists, this act already managed through governorates forums applications countries, like Egypt, Tunisia, Oman.
